Siargao is a tear-drop shaped island in the Philippine Sea to be found in the province of Surigao del Norte. The island is composed of municipalities of Burgos, Dapa, Del Carmen, General Luna, San Benito, Pilar, San Isidro, Santa Monica and Socorro.
